New 8×10 “Industrials”
I call these “Industrials” because they aren’t quite part of the Lock Series, but they are thematically similar, and share the same color palette.
With the exception of a few small dog portraits, this is the smallest format I have ever worked in. I have to say, I am really enjoying working small. I can sit down at my work table, put on some music, and just relax. It is much less physical than working on a large-format painting, and lord knows I love me some sittin’ on my ass.
